This online auction is a fundraiser with all proceeds to the United Way of Oxford.All items have been donated and many thanks to the sponsors whom are listed with the items. Also, thank you to the Management Group for connecting with the sponsors to obtain these donations. The following rules apply to the auction:

• The auction is open to County of Oxford employees (including contract employees). 
• NEW Bidders are required to register on this web site prior to placing a bid
• BIDS ONLY IN MINIMUM INCREMENTS OF $5.00 WILL BE ACCEPTED
• Bids may be placed by visiting the Auction Items link on this wesbite.
• Bids may be placed beginning on Thursday November 24, 2011 at 8:00 am until Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 2:00 pm.
• To be eligible, a bid increment must be no less than $5.00. Bids made in increments less than $5.00 will not be accepted.
• Successful bidders will be notified by e-mail. Bidders will be able to pick up and pay for their purchases during normal office hours.  Please call Extension 3108 prior to pick up, items have been stored in the Public Works Department in the Oxford County Administration Building.  All prizes must be claimed and paid for by 4:00 pm on Friday, December 9, 2011 or they may be sold by other means by the United Way committee to raise money for the United Way.  Payment accepted by cheque, debit, credit card and cash. Please make cheques payable to "County of Oxford".
• No tax receipts are issued for auction purchases.
• This auction is to raise money for the United Way of Oxford. Each item has a reserve bid of at least 1/2 of its value.
• The United Way Committee reserves the right to post new auction rules that would clarify the rules currently posted. All decisions of the United Way committee are final.
• United Way Committee members are eligible to bid on the items but are not eligible to make decisions in their personal favour if the reserve bids are not met.
• Have fun with the bidding and remember that there are some awesome Christmas presents available.
